2025 was very special for me. I attended the tryouts for the Indian mixed frisbee team, and out of nearly 150 people from across India, I was selected to represent the country at the national level in Europe. The tournament lasted for a week, and throughout those days we played with full energy, teamwork, and commitment. Being part of the team and representing India was a proud and unforgettable experience for me.After the tournament, I travelled to Switzerland, and that’s where a whole new adventure began. I went trekking in the mountains and saw snow for the first time in my life. I was incredibly happy and excited just being there. I also tried sledging in the snow. It was my first time, and although it felt a little scary at first, it turned out to be a lot of fun. I even learned how to control the sledge and built a snowman, something I had only seen in pictures before.

One of the most magical moments of the trip was looking at the night sky through a telescope. I saw Saturn and some distant galaxies, and it felt unreal to witness something so vast and beautiful. During my travels, I used many different modes of transport — ships, buses, and trains — which made the journey feel even more exciting.
In the following days, I visited Bern and Zurich. I walked through Christmas markets, listened to music at concerts, and entered a church for the first time in my life. The church was huge, silent, and very peaceful. Attending a concert inside the church was a deeply moving experience that I will always remember.

While in Switzerland, I also attended Bharatanatyam dance and Veenai music classes. I noticed how different the style of dance was from what I had learned earlier at home, which made the experience even more interesting. I was also amazed by how organised everything was — the trains, buses, and even boats were always on time.
Overall, this journey gave me so many new experiences, learnings, and memories. From playing frisbee at an international level to exploring new places, cultures, and art forms, it was a journey that helped me grow and that I will always be grateful for.
