VII-Standard student :
I went to Mathegramming for the first time. I found my teammates when I got there who were all from different schools. Then, the mentors came to their teams and asked one member of each group to take a card and this card gave us our scratch topic for the day. Our project topic to explore and learn about was “Congruence of A Triangle”. We worked on the project from morning until lunchtime. Everybody got chocolate and a pen with a light during lunch. My team was the 2nd to present, I was really afraid, everybody was sitting there looking at me.
We went to the auditorium and our team number got called, then we presented our project. We were talking into a microphone. The Judges were asking questions. I was a bit afraid but able to answer. My team won the 4th prize and we each got a pen drive. I felt happy. I learned what we can do with Scratch programming and I learned to work in a team, we talked and listened to each other and then we tried doing it on the computer. We then drew on chart paper and explained from a chart. My parents felt happy, they said we would try to make the 1st prize next time. I also met two boys who are my friends now.
